This action was brought by Robert and Sharon Martin (plaintiffs) against Leroy (Sharon's brother) and Catherine Martin (defendants) for dissolution of a partnership, declaration of rights in real property, partition of real property and an accounting. A supplemental complaint asked damages for conversion. Leroy and Catherine answered and counterclaimed against Kenneth and Elsie Martin (parents of Leroy and Sharon) and Robert and Sharon Martin...
