Rollins appeals from the dismissal, without an evidentiary hearing, of his second Rule 27.26 motion for post-conviction relief. The judgment is reversed.

Rollins was convicted of second degree robbery after he entered a guilty plea. The plea appears to have been made pursuant to a plea agreement which provided for sentencing based on a pre-sentence investigation...
