Petitioner Imelda Napuli Israel seeks review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) dismissing her appeal from a decision by an immigration judge (IJ) denying her motion to reopen her deportation proceedings. Israel sought to reopen the proceedings to apply for adjustment of status based on her marriage to a United States citizen. See 8 U.S.C. §§ 1151(b), 1255.
