This appeal involves two consolidated lawsuits brought by appellant District-Realty Title Insurance Corporation (District Title), a creditor of appellee Edward Forman. The suits requested that Mr. Forman's conveyance of the Forman family home and assignment of certain real estate commissions to his wife, Sallie Forman, should be set aside as fraudulent. District Title argued that both transactions were designed to hinder its collection of its debt...
