Albert Samuel Fortna, Jr., James Lyne Harnage, George M. Sharer, and Christopher James Reo appeal their convictions for various offenses concerning a conspiracy to import cocaine. Appellants raise several errors, including their claim that the government obtained evidence against them in violation of Harnage's attorney-client privilege.
