Plaintiff, Jacqueline Sue Thorp Wall, instituted this worker's compensation suit against her employer, Sisters of Charity of The Incarnate Word, a/k/a Schumpert Medical Center, (Schumpert), to recover additional worker's compensation benefits, penalties and attorney's fees as a result of an employment-related accident occurring on November 1, 1981.
