Following a jury trial, John Nelson was convicted of delivery of cocaine. He appeals, contending the trial court erred (1) in refusing to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant; (2) in failing to instruct the jury as to the applicable law; and (3) in admitting certain drug-related items in evidence over objections based on lack of foundation.
