ELLIS, Justice.
Appellant, Salvatore Joseph Deloro, appeals from two judgments of conviction for the offense of theft by deception, in an aggregate amount of over ten thousand ($10,000) dollars. On October 27, 1982 appellant entered pleas of nolo contendere, to the court, in each cause.
