For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Faustina Pipe Line Company v. Romero, et ux, 499 So.2d 1009 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1986), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Defendants-appellants are to bear all costs of this appeal.
