OPINION

OSBORN, Chief Justice.

This appeal raises the question of whether the provision in a property settlement agreement for child support, which was incorporated into a divorce decree, is enforceable as a contractual right under Section 14.06(d) of the Texas Family Code. Having concluded that the provision is enforceable under the Code, we reverse and remand.
