This is an adversary proceeding initially instituted by plaintiff Mapco Fertilizer, Inc. (hereafter Mapco) against two defendants, the first of them being debtor, and the other, N-Ren Illinois, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of debtor. Initially the complaint sought limited relief regarding a procedure known as a "turnaround" at a plant operated by a joint venture in which plaintiff and N-Ren Illinois...
