Defendant Whittaker Corporation ("Whittaker") appeals a judgment of $300,000 against it following a jury verdict in a wrongful death action by the parents and the administrator of the estate of decedent Jeffrey Scott Jenkins (collectively "plaintiffs"). Whittaker alleges the district court erred in various jurisdictional, choice of law, evidentiary, and substantive rulings. Plaintiffs cross-appeal the district court's denial of their motion...
