HILL, Justice.

Trustee, D.D. Snyder & Son, Inc. (Snyder), appeals the decision of the superior court adjudicating it liable to plaintiff, Merrimack Sheet Metal, Inc. (Merrimack), in the amount of $19,000 for paying funds in violation of its obligations as trustee. We reverse and remand for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion.
