MATTHEWS, Justice.

In this appeal we are asked to interpret the indemnity provision of the Alaska health and safety statutes regulating activities near high voltage lines. Jack Atwater was electrocuted when he came in contact with a 7200 volt line while working on the roof of a motel owned by him and his family. Galen Atwater, as administrator of Jack's estate, sued Matanuska Electric Association (MEA) for wrongful death. The trial court granted...
