The National Labor Relations Board ("NLRB" or "Board") found that Felbro, Inc. had violated the National Labor Relations Act ("NLRA") by laying off certain workers and refusing to execute a collective bargaining agreement negotiated with Local 512, Warehouse and Office Workers' Union ("Local 512").
