NYE, Chief Justice.

Appellant appeals his conviction for the offense of aggravated sexual assault. TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 22.021(a)(5) (Vernon Supp.1986). Punishment was assessed by the jury at thirty years' imprisonment and a $5,000 fine. The indictment alleged appellant engaged in six different sexual acts with his ten-year-old stepdaughter.
