Massoud Kashefi-Zihagh petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals' (BIA) dismissal of his appeal from the Immigration Judge's (IJ) denial of suspension of deportation. He also contends that the BIA erred in denying him a continuance to obtain translation of a document. At oral argument before this court, he fired his lawyer and requested a continuance.
