Yolanda Riggins appeals the District Court's1 judgment for the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska in this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 suit. For reversal, she argues that the University violated her procedural due process rights by discharging her from its custodial staff without providing constitutionally adequate pretermination procedures.2
