Taylor-Morley-Simon, Inc. (builder) appeals the decision of the Circuit Court awarding plaintiff (buyer) $800 on buyer's claim for breach of a contract to build a house. Buyer alleged builder installed bathroom marble vanity tops of a different style and color than what were ordered, and that builder failed to properly vent the house.
