259189; CA A37718.

718 P.2d 775 (1986)

79 Or.App. 224

STATE of Oregon, Respondent, v. Frank M. PHILLIPS, Jr., Appellant.

Court of Appeals of Oregon.

Decided May 7, 1986.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard L. Cowan, Salem, filed brief, for appellant.

Dave Frohnmayer, Atty. Gen., James E. Mountain, Jr., Sol. Gen., and Keith L. Kutler, Asst. Atty. Gen., Salem, filed brief, for respondent.

Before BUTTLER, P.J., and WARREN and ROSSMAN, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Defendant's brief fails to comply with ORAP 7.19. As a result, we are not only unable to tell whether the claimed errors were preserved, but the manner in which they claimed errors are presented appear to be highly misleading. The brief is stricken.
