Sunshine Mining Company (Sunshine) and Metropolitan Mines Corporation (Metropolitan) own contiguous mining claims in the Coeur d'Alene Mining District in Shoshone County, Idaho. In the 1940s, Sunshine and Metropolitan entered into a total of three agreements.
