This case, a wrongful death action, arose out of an automobile accident which occurred on August 3, 1983, on Interstate Highway 70 near Arriba, Colorado. Kenneth Glasscock, 20 years of age, was killed in the accident. Defendant Miller, who was driving the vehicle, was injured.
