PER CURIAM:

Defendant appeals from a conviction of burglary, a third degree felony, in violation of U.C.A., 1953, § 76-6-202.

Defendant was charged with the 1981 burglary of the building of the Utah State Department of Social Services at 2835 South Main in South Salt Lake. He was tried and convicted by a jury, and on September 16, 1981, he filed a timely notice of appeal. After fifteen extensions, defendant's brief on appeal was filed on March 9, 1984...
