The Louisiana State Bar Association, acting through its Committee on Professional Responsibility, brought these suits to expel Sanford Krasnoff from the legal profession. The respondent Krasnoff resisted, and several hearings were conducted before commissioners and the Committee. After considering all of the pleadings, the evidence, and the written and oral arguments, we find that the respondent Krasnoff committed several disciplinary rule violations...
