This is an appeal from an order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants in a wrongful death action. Plaintiff is the personal representative of the estate of her husband, Danny W. Burgi, who died as a result of hydrogen sulfide intoxication while engaged in his employment with A.A. Oilfield Service, Inc. (A.A.).
