Donnie Wayne Floyd appeals his conviction for possession of more than one kilogram of marijuana with intent to sell, transfer or distribute and his conviction of possession of cocaine. Floyd was convicted in Alcorn County Circuit Court where he was sentenced to fifteen years and fined $35,000.00 on the marijuana charge and sentenced to three years and fined $3,000.00 on the cocaine charge, the sentences to run consecutively.
