This suit was filed by plaintiffs, Glenn K. English and Rachel H. English against defendant, Members Insurance Company, to recover under a Texas Standard Homeowners Policy purchased by plaintiffs from defendant insuring plaintiffs against loss of their residence by fire. Plaintiffs filed a motion for "partial" summary judgment, alleging that, as a matter of law, they were entitled to judgment for $50,000.00 as damages for defendant...
