OPINION

HOPKINS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment forfeiting a 1979 Jeep VIN # J9F93EH055249 under TEX.REV.CIV.STAT.ANN. art. 4476-15, sec. 5.03(a) (Vernon Supp.1986), The Texas Controlled Substances Act.

We affirm the judgment.
