We affirm the trial court's summary denial of Derek Archie's third successive post-conviction relief motion. A successive motion pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 which fails to allege new or different grounds may be dismissed if there has been a prior determination upon the merits. Christopher v. State, 489 So.2d 22 (Fla. 1986); McCrae v. State, 437 So.2d 1388
