This appeal arises out of the consolidated cases of Betty L. Turner, et al v. Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., et al and Sheila Norris, et al v. Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., et al. These suits were consolidated in the trial court and remain consolidated on appeal.
