Leroy Singleton brought this action for damages under the DTPA after a used trailer which he purchased from Robert D. LaCoure split open. Appellee LaCoure responded alleging that appellant had purchased the trailer "as is" and disclaimed any warranties thereon. The court rendered summary judgment in favor of appellee.
