The Oklahoma Corporation Commission awarded Lone Star Gas Company [Appellant or Lone Star] a rate increase of $5,285,162 in Order No. 248292 issued November 15, 1983. The natural gas utility appeals this Order, challenging the adequacy of the rate increase by reason of the formula implemented by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission in calculating rate base and cost of gas attributable to Lone Star's investment...
