EVANS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment entered in a medical malpractice suit. We affirm.

The plaintiff, Baudelia R. Kemp, sued the defendant, Dr. Craig Heffelman, alleging that on August 13, 1978, she retained Dr. Heffelman to perform a surgical procedure on her left knee.
