In this consolidated appeal, defendant appeals four convictions for sexual abuse in the first degree, ORS 163.425, three convictions for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, ORS 163.435, and one conviction for endangering the welfare of a minor. ORS 163.575. The convictions for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor arose out of the same occurrences as three of the convictions for sexual abuse, and the trial court...
