The plaintiff appeals from the judgment rendered by the trial court following a jury verdict in her favor. The plaintiff claims that the trial court erred (1) in instructing the jury that she could be compensated for her lost earning capacity only for the period from the time of her impairment to the time of trial, and (2) in refusing to set aside the verdict on the ground that it was inadequate as a matter of law.
