PER CURIAM:

A jury convicted appellant James Earl Hill of one count of burglary, two counts of attempted robbery, and one count of first degree murder, all with the use of a deadly weapon. At the penalty hearing for Hill's first degree murder conviction, the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict upon the sentence to be imposed.
