Plaintiff-appellant appeals from a judgment denying recovery of his tort claim growing out of his arrest and detention by officers of the City of Ville Platte in Evangeline Parish. Defendant sued the city, four of its policemen and Leroy Fontenot who owned the Kit Kat Lounge at which place the arrest occurred.
