This case is before the Court on the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff truck drivers are members of defendant International Brotherhood of Teamsters. They are also members of a group of dissidents within the union known as Teamsters for a Democratic Union, or "TDU". They have sued under the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 ("LMRDA"), 29 U.S.C. § 411...
