ARCO Chemical Co. challenges a jury's decision that it violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34 (ADEA), when it terminated the employment of two long-term employees, plaintiffs Naomi Strayer and Dorothy Dreyer.
