On May 23, 1986, an evidentiary hearing was scheduled in the above entitled matter on plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. Because of defendants' challenge to jurisdiction the hearing was limited to this issue: whether jurisdiction exists to allow the Court to consider plaintiff's third cause of action.
