Pursuant to a plea bargain and sentence recommendation agreement, Christopher Bias pled guilty and was convicted of one count of grand theft. The district court rejected the sentence recommendations which included Bias' request for a withheld judgment. Instead, Bias was sentenced to an indeterminate term not to exceed five years in the custody of the Board of Correction. The judge did retain jurisdiction for 120...
