PER CURIAM:

Three defendants, Manuel Rodriguez, Julian Bernard and Jorge Borjas, were convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, 21 U.S.C.A. § 846, and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, 21 U.S.C.A. § 841(a)(1). They raise different issues on appeal. We affirm the convictions of Bernard and Borjas, but reverse as to Rodriguez because the Government violated a discovery requirement.
