OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit theft for which appellant was sentenced to twenty years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.

In his sole ground of error appellant alleges there was no evidence or insufficient evidence to prove his intent to commit theft and, thus, to sustain his conviction. In reviewing the sufficiency of the evidence, an appellate court...
