Wallis Joslin, Jr., appeals his conviction for murder. The case was tried before a jury and appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment and fined $10,000. Appellant presents six points of error complaining that the circumstantial evidence was insufficient and that the court should not have submitted jury instructions at the punishment phase of the trial regarding eligibility for parole and good time credit...
