This case involves an appeal by the Common Carrier Motor Freight Association, Inc. and its members from an order of the Texas Railroad Commission relating to linehaul rates and minimum charges. The question before us is whether the Association's appeal from the Commission's final order was timely filed in the District Court of Travis County.
