This is an appeal from a summary judgment in a wrongful death action. Appellants, as the legal survivors of Donald Wayne Floyd, deceased, sued the Willacy County Hospital District (the hospital), Dr. Joseph Montgomery-Davis, Martha Regina Birzer Lunsford (Nurse Lunsford) and Upjohn Health Care of the Rio Grande Valley.
