This case involves the validity of a regulatory inspection pursuant to Ark.Stat.Ann. § 73-1760(c) and § 73-1773(b) (Repl.1979), contained in the Motor Carrier Act of 1955 (§§ 73-1754-73-1779 [Repl.1979 & Supp. 1985]).
