This is an appeal by Danny Fairley from the judgment of the common pleas court finding that the order of the State Personnel Board of Review is supported by reliable, probative and substantial evidence and is in accordance with law, and affirming Fairley's removal. Appellant Fairley sets fourth the following single assignment of error:
