TYSON, Judge.

David Thompson was indicted for trafficking in marijuana in violation of § 20-2-80, Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found the appellant "guilty of trafficking in cannabis" and, following a sentencing hearing, the trial judge fixed punishment at 30 years' imprisonment and assessed a fine of $25,000.
