POLITZ, Circuit Judge:

R.B. Moor appeals the dismissal of his complaint alleging that Travelers Insurance Company (Travelers) violated provisions of the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601 et seq. The district court concluded that the action was time-barred under the TILA's limitation provisions and dismissed the complaint under Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
